Salary: $115,000-$150,000(DOE)

Position Overview
The Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing tax compliance and planning processes for our clients. This role involves ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, while also advising clients on tax strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee tax compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Develop and implement effective tax strategies and solutions.
• Review tax returns and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Provide guidance on tax-related issues and planning opportunities.
• Stay updated on tax law changes and assess their impact on clients.
• Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, providing training and support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA or EA is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management within public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
