Job Description
Sutherland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP OTC Senior Consultant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction.

- Duties and Responsibilities:
SAP OTC Senior Consultant
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S4 implementation projects for OTC track.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical leads, and end-users.
- Follow SAP Activate Methodology and deliverables.
- Ability to independently execute the project deliverables like requirement gathering, design, build, test execution (SIT and UAT), Data Migration, Train the Trainer, Cutover/go-live preparation, Hypercare support.
- Ensure project milestones are met within agreed upon timelines and budget.
- Address potential risks and issues, offering effective resolutions.
- Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure deliverables are aligned with business requirements and company standards.
- Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment
Qualifications
Position Requirements/ Qualifications
:
- At least 7-8 years of SAP experience in Sales and Distribution
- Minimum 2-3 full life-cycle implementation experience.
- SAP S4 Hana Public cloud implementation experience will be added advantage for this position.
- Good overview of Order to Cash processes in SAP S/4 and its peripheric integration (CRM, Document management, Finance, Logistics and warehousing)
- Experience in designing and/or implementing SAP Order to Cash processes (CRM integration, Order to Billing, Pricing, Customer Master Data)
- Depending on seniority, experience in OTC project management including client interaction
- Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment
- Open to travel as part of your project assignment. Up to 40% Travel may be required as per need.
- Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, drive for excellence
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- SAP Activate Methodology certification.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, team management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, client facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
Preferred:
- 3-4 full life-cycle implementation experience.
- 1-2 Public cloud Implementation experience.
- Relevant Associated SAP Certifications
- Experience with Rollouts and Support.
- Project Management methodology – Agile, Waterfall, Activate etc.
