LNP Specialist - Provisioning
Sangoma, a leading innovator in business communications, is hiring an experienced LNP Specialist to join our dynamic team. Sangoma is dedicated to empowering businesses with essential communications through our innovative Unified Communications, UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP, and Hybrid solutions, improving connectivity and streamlining communication for organizations of all sizes.
As a key player in ensuring our customers receive the best telecommunications solutions, you will be responsible for the provisioning and configuration of our products and services. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining operational excellence. If you are detail-oriented, possess strong technical skills, and have a passion for provisioning in the telecommunications industry, we want to hear from you! This is a remote position and we are targeting professionals in the eastern and central time zones.
Your Role:
- Provision and configure telecommunications services and solutions for customers accurately and efficiently.
- Verify customer orders and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and correct.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to confirm service requirements and timelines.
- Diagnose and resolve provisioning issues, ensuring a smooth deployment process.
- Maintain and update internal documentation and records related to provisioning activities.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their orders and services.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance provisioning processes and workflows.
Requirements
Your Background:
- 1-3 years of experience in a provisioning, configuration, or similar role within the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Understanding of telephony concepts and technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using provisioning tools and CRM systems.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
