Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidates will be fluent in both Spanish and English, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable assisting customers over the phone, email, or chat. This is a fully remote position requiring a stable internet connection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in Spanish and English.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate as needed.
- Document customer interactions in internal systems.
- Assist with billing, account updates, and general service inquiries.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
- Meet daily productivity and quality metrics while working remotely.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments .
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet and home office setup.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience with billing, healthcare, or insurance customer support is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
- Experience with CRM systems or ticketing platforms.
