Service Technician

Responsibilities * Perform all service and repairs according to repair orders with efficiency and precision. * Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning. * Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment. * Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to update customers on progress, timing, and any additional service needs. * Complete warranty work following manufacturer specifications. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace and uphold all dealership and safety standards. Requirements * Ford or Lincoln Certified Service Technician preferred. * 1+ year(s) of professional automotive technician experience (Lincoln or Ford dealership experience a plus). * Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills (B-level or higher). * Proficient with modern diagnostic equipment and computer-based repair systems. * Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination and communication skills. * Positive attitude and team-first mentality in a fast-paced environment. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * High school diploma or equivalent required.
