Office Manager - Construction Office

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to support the Program Management team on a large-scale, $1.8 billion construction program. This position will be based in an active construction trailer and plays a key role in keeping project operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced construction environment and will possess excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Program Management team.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems in accordance with project protocols.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and appointments for project staff and stakeholders.
• Prepare and format reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Track and order office supplies and materials for the construction trailer.
• Assist with document control, including compiling, distribution and tracking of meeting minutes other project documents.
• Support communication with the Airport Staff, Program Management team, contractors, consultants, and other project participants.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive project information.
Here's what you'll need
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or architecture environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with document management systems a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an active jobsite trailer and adapting to changing project needs.
Work Environment:
This position is based in an active construction trailer as part of a major capital program. The role requires regular interaction with project managers, engineers, contractors, and client representatives.

60,000.00
Posted Salary Range: Upper
80,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $80,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
