Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual Construction Manager to oversee residential properties and lead day-to-day construction and maintenance operations. This is a hands-on role that blends construction management with property management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is experienced, proactive, and comfortable leading teams while also stepping in to handle work on-site when needed.

This role is split between the field and the office, offering a mix of project oversight, team leadership, and coordination with vendors and tenants.

What You Will Be Doing
• Oversee construction, maintenance, and improvement projects across multiple residential properties
• Lead and communicate with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking teams
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed efficiently
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and overall progress
• Ensure quality standards, safety protocols, and compliance are met
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications
• Order materials and manage supplies and inventory
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide practical solutions
• Provide regular updates to ownership and leadership
• Coordinate property maintenance, tenant needs, and vendor scheduling

Schedule and Work Environment
• Three days on-site managing construction and property projects
• Two days in the office handling coordination, calls, and planning
• Hands-on role with the ability to jump in and assist when needed

What We Are Looking For
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Strong construction knowledge with hands-on experience
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
• Experience working with residential properties or property management
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Comfortable working both in the field and in an office setting
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Preferred Experience
• Background in residential construction, handyman work, or property management
• Familiarity with local building codes and permitting
• Existing network of subcontractors and vendors
