General Manager

We are a fast-paced, high-energy operation; our General Managers are a critical component of our success. We believe that every Team Member should have a knowledgeable and professional leader teaching him or her the ways of our business to drive individual and continued company success. This role is very hands-on as we make our handmade candies in our stores.

A successful candidate will have the ability to:

• Motivate Team by creating a productive and fun work environment that focuses on the Guest experience
• Manage store and operations at or above established standards
• Have cost awareness and be fiscally responsible.
• Determine staffing needs and interview, hire, and train new Team Members
• Build, coach, and develop Team Members with passion and through effective communication and listening techniques
• Provide friendly customer service
• Execute store and employee administrative and audit activities
• Pay attention to detail while not losing sight of the big picture
• Self-motivate, while adapting and accepting change
• Able to stand for long periods of time

Minimum Qualifications

• A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous Experience: 3 years prior Restaurant, Quick Service and Management Experience
• Must be able to use touch-sensitive POS System
• Able to lift minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Pay is depending on experience.

Typical Schedule: Off Wednesdays and Sundays
