We’re looking for a professional CDL-A driver who takes pride in their work, values safety, and wants consistent freight with a company that respects its drivers.
PAY & EARNING POTENTIAL
* Percentage Pay or CPM (based on experience)
* Average Miles: 2,500–3,200 per week
* Detention Pay
* Layover Pay
* TONU (Truck Ordered Not Used) Pay
* Tarp Pay (if applicable)

Sign-On Bonus (after successful completion of probationary period)
Driver Referral Bonus – Earn $500 for every qualified driver you refer who completes 90 days.
Quarterly Safety Bonus – Rewarding drivers with safe inspections, clean driving records, and no preventable accidents.
Clean DOT Inspection Bonus – Additional bonus for Level I, II, or III inspections with no violations.
Holiday Appreciation Bonus (based on company performance and tenure)

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
✔ Minimum 2 years of recent Step Deck or Flatbed experience
✔ Valid Class A CDL
✔ Current DOT Medical Card
✔ Clean MVR
✔ No major violations or preventable accidents within the last 3 years
✔ Experience with:
* Chains
* Straps
* Binders
* Load Securement
* Tarping (Required)
✔ Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
✔ Professional attitude with reliable communication
