About the Role As a Clinician , you'll play a key role in supporting individuals on their journey toward recovery and wellness. You'll provide evidence-based therapeutic services, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes. What You Will Do: Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for assigned clients within 24 hours of admission to identify treatment needs and support timely care planning. Provide individual and group counseling services to individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders, helping clients develop coping skills, support recovery goals, and achieve lasting behavioral change. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, including client histories, progress notes, treatment records, and all required reports in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. Develop individualized treatment plans within seven (7) days of admission, utilizing clinical assessments, evidence-based practices, client history, and collaborative goal setting. Monitor, review, and evaluate client progress toward established treatment goals and objectives, updating treatment plans as needed to support continued growth and recovery. Conduct client interviews, review records, and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to assess mental and physical health needs and determine appropriate treatment recommendations and program placement. Serve as a client advocate and provide crisis intervention services when needed, helping to address urgent concerns, resolve barriers to care, and ensure client safety and well-being.
