National Sales Manager, USA
Strategic Planning: Develop and manage your business portfolio in line with our sales strategy, targets, and activity plan for each fiscal year.
Customer Engagement: Cultivate and grow relationships with existing and new customers through tailored propositions and ethical sales methods, ensuring optimal service quality and business growth.
Performance Monitoring: Generate sales reports and forecasts, closely monitoring sales performance to stay on track.
Business Strategy Implementation: Ensure effective execution of business strategies with a strong focus on generating contributions.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis and stay informed on trends to provide valuable product development briefs to our design and sales leadership.
Relationship Building: Be visible and accessible to foster customer relationships, particularly within a defined USA customer base.
3. Experience & Qualifications
Required Experience: Proven experience in B2B Sales and Marketing.
Strong skills in customer relationship management and sales activities.
Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
A solid network within the American patio furniture industry is essential.
Creative, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.
High entrepreneurial spirit and goal-oriented mindset.
Preferred Experience: Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with commercial acumen.
Understanding of indoor and outdoor housing trends.
Knowledge of the patio furniture business in the United States.
A successful track record of achieving sales results.
Ability to thrive in a matrix environment and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
Self-motivated with a positive, "can do" attitude and influential management skills.
Qualifications: Strong key account management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and spread relevant information.

4. Working Conditions
Location: Remote, with regular travel to our office/showroom in Miami, Florida.
Hours: 40 hours a week with flexible scheduling; daily interaction with the sales support team based in Asia.
Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 110,000.00 Per Year
