Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential cooling systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain effective communication with dispatch, management, and installation teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure company vehicle is clean and well-maintained, both inside and out.
• Manage and update truck inventory regularly.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to provide timely service to customers.
• Uphold a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance professional skills.
• Obtain or be willing to obtain NATE certification, with company support available.

Qualifications

• Experience in diagnosing and repairing residential cooling systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
• NATE certification or willingness to obtain it with company assistance.
