This role is responsible for ensuring academic excellence, fostering student success, and advancing the institution’s mission through innovative curriculum development and effective academic policies.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee academic departments, programs, and faculty performance
Develop and implement academic policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with senior leadership on institutional planning and growth

Qualifications:

Masters Degree required
Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in higher education
Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and academic governance

Bilingual English/Spanish
