Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee and espresso drinks, following company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking supplies and maintaining equipment
- Process payments and manage cash register transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
