Financial Analyst Opportunity – Join a Growing Health Insurance Brokerage
Join a fast-growing health insurance brokerage as a Financial Analyst and play a key role in analyzing financial performance, supporting strategic decisions, and driving business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze financial reports and statements to identify trends and insights
- Build and maintain financial models to support business planning
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Accounting strongly preferred); Master’s degree is a plus
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, including accounting and financial analysis (or 1+ year with a Master’s degree)
- Strong Excel skills and experience in financial modeling
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
