Senior Product Manager
About Ema
Ema is building the next generation AI technology to empower every employee in the enterprise to be their most creative and productive. Our proprietary tech allows enterprises to delegate most repetitive tasks to Ema, the Universal AI employee. We are founded by ex-Google, Coinbase, Okta executives, and serial entrepreneurs. We’re well-funded by the top investors and angels in the world. Ema is based in Silicon Valley with offices in Bangalore. This will be a hybrid role where we expect employees to work from the office three days a week.
Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the product strategy and execution for Ema’s core offerings. This includes reimagining key functions such as customer support, employee support, enterprise search, recruiting, ITSM, and HR Ops using Agentic AI. You will partner with global enterprises to deploy Ema, serving employees and HR teams across 100+ countries.'
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Category Leadership: Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for the Employee Experience suite, defining new capabilities that establish Ema as the industry leader in Agentic AI.
Commercial Impact at Scale: Partner with engineering, design and post-sales to lead 8-figure deals and support multi-million dollar customers, managing the nuances of global, enterprise-wide deployments.
Execution Excellence: Deeply understand customer problems through research and data to define solutions, leading the lifecycle from "scrappy" prototypes to reliable, patent-grade products.
Empower GTM & Ecosystem: Equip Sales and Marketing teams with compelling narratives and demos, while building the platform tools that enable partners to deploy Ema independently.
Mentorship & Influence: Act as a force-multiplier by coaching junior PMs and serving as the strategic bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure organizational velocity.
Qualifications
Product Leadership: 8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably building platform products in a consumer company or application-layer products at a reputable B2B SaaS company.
Technical Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields from a Tier 1 college (IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent).
AI Fluency: Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic frameworks, with the ability to translate complex technical trade-offs into clear business decisions.
Problem Solving: Strong product sense and analytical skills, capable of navigating ambiguous environments to deliver reliable solutions from ideation to adoption.
High-Stakes Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to C-suite stakeholders and build strong relationships with global enterprise customers.
Strategic Acumen: MBA from a top-tier business school (IIM/Ivy League or equivalent) is a plus.
Domain Experience: Past experience building customer or employee experience products is a plus.
