SpeakEasy Bartender
Rivani | Private Members Experience
Rivani is seeking an exceptional SpeakEasy Bartender who is equal parts craftsperson, host, and brand ambassador. This is a hands‐on, autonomous role where you fully own the SpeakEasy during daytime service—setting the tone, crafting exceptional cocktails, and delivering a highly personalized luxury experience.
You will operate the bar independently (no support staff on duty), maintain immaculate presentation, and create an atmosphere where members feel known, welcomed, and well cared for. Precision, presence, and polish are essential—this is not a high‐volume role.
What You’ll Do
- Craft classic and signature cocktails to exacting standards
- Serve as the primary host for a VIP, private environment
- Guide guests with expert knowledge of spirits, wine, and craft beverages
- Contribute to seasonal and signature cocktail development
- Manage bar setup, service, inventory, and close independently
- Maintain a pristine, luxury‐level bar environment
- Support private events and member programming
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in luxury bars, fine dining, hotel lounges, or private clubs
- Mastery of cocktail technique and premium spirits
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a full bar operation
- Strong attention to detail and inventory discipline
- Polished, professional presence
- Florida Responsible Vendor certification (required)
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
