How do you excel in this position

The Fire & Security Service Technician must have the ability to install, program, test, and maintain fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and burglar alarm systems in commercial facilities. In this role, you'll primarily ensure fire alarm systems are properly calibrated, compliant with safety codes, and fully operational.

What are we looking for

• 1-3 years experience understanding access control and fire alarm wiring diagrams and best practices.
• 1-3 years of experience with configuring, programming, and checking out security installations.
• 1-3 years experience with Access Control, CCTV, Burglar Alarm and Fire Alarm systems, especially AccessXpert, Pelco, Axis, VideoXpert, Security Expert, DMP, Notifier, Andover Continuum.
• NICET I or II level Certification.
• Basic low voltage electrical testing skills FASA/BASA Certification.
• Ability to travel with a valid Driver's License.

Additional skills preferred but not required

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with Notifier or Silent Knight
• Strong Ethernet networking skills.
