About the Role:

A growing full-service dental laboratory in Palm Bay, Florida is seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory Manager with a strong Crown & Bridge and single-tooth implant background .

This position is ideal for a senior technician or laboratory leader who combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership experience . The Laboratory Manager will oversee daily production, ensure high-quality standards, and guide multiple departments within the lab.

The ideal candidate has experience leading larger teams (10–20+ technicians) and understands both traditional and digital workflows within a modern dental laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations across multiple laboratory departments.
• Provide quality control for Crown & Bridge and implant restorations.
• Lead and support a team of 15–20+ technicians.
• Maintain workflow efficiency and ensure cases are delivered on time.
• Assist with troubleshooting complex cases and technical corrections.
• Communicate with doctors and clients when needed regarding case questions.
• Support hiring, training, and development of laboratory personnel.
• Maintain strong collaboration between departments to ensure smooth production flow.

Hands-On Production:

• This role includes limited bench work (approximately 15–20% of the day) .
• The manager must be able to step in when necessary to correct cases or support production.

Required Experience:

• Strong Crown & Bridge background.
• Experience with single-tooth implant restorations.
• Practical bench experience with ceramics.
• Understanding of CAD/CAM workflows and digital dentistry.
• Ability to review or adjust digital designs when needed.
• Proven experience leading teams of 10–20 technicians or more.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Salary: $100,000+ depending on experience.
• Full-time permanent position.
