We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in healthcare to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a Contract to permanent position ideal for a detail-oriented individual ready to lead cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage projects that enhance healthcare systems and operations.
Responsibilities:• Lead and oversee healthcare-focused projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables within established timelines.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure successful outcomes.
• Implement and monitor healthcare metrics to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid standards.
• Utilize healthcare information systems and databases to track and analyze project data.
• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project progress and results.
• Oversee supervisory and management tasks to ensure team efficiency and productivity.• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare.
• PMP certification or equivalent formal project management credential.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Experience with healthcare systems, databases, and metrics.
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid audits and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare administration, analytics, and delivery.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
