Responsibilities

• Manage ventilator settings and care for critically ill patients requiring respiratory support
• Perform arterial blood gas analysis and interpret results accurately
• Document patient care and respiratory interventions using Meditech and Rapidcom systems
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Adhere to unit-specific guidelines and maintain professional standards, including wearing royal blue scrubs
• Participate in patient experience initiatives and uphold departmental policies

Qualifications and Desired Experience

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Proven experience in critical care, specifically with ventilators and ABG analysis
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
