Defense Base Act Insurance Defense Litigation Associate

THE POSITION

Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with 23 offices in 11 states, has an immediate opportunity for an Associate to join one of our Southern Florida offices. This position can be nearly fully remote.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will have at least 2+ years of litigation experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial, and be licensed to practice in Florida. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as product liability, general liability and/or insurance defense.
