Estamos contratando Empacadores/as con experiencia para integrarse a una planta de manufactura estable y en crecimiento en Miramar, FL.

Miramar, FL
HORARIO:
Lunes a Viernes – Tiempo completo
- Primer turno: 6:00 AM a 2:30 PM — $14.00 por hora
- Segundo turno: 2:30 PM a 11:00 PM — $14.50 por hora
Se requiere disponibilidad para horas extras y flexibilidad para cambios de turno según necesidad operacional.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Empacar productos siguiendo los estándares de calidad establecidos.
- Levantar, mover y manipular productos de forma repetitiva con pesos de hasta y mayores a 70 libras.
- Verificar que los productos estén en óptimas condiciones antes del empaque.
- Etiquetar, organizar y preparar productos para envío.
- Realizar trabajo físico constante durante toda la jornada.
- Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada.
- Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad y procedimientos internos.
REQUISITOS:
- Experiencia comprobable en empaque o manufactura (requisito obligatorio).
- Capacidad comprobada para levantar más de 70 libras repetidamente durante el turno.
- Buena condición física para trabajo pesado.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar turno fijo, con opción de horas extras.
- Flexibilidad para cambio de turno (mañana o tarde) cuando sea requerido.
- Capacidad para trabajar en ambientes dinámicos y de ritmo rápido.
- Atención al detalle, responsabilidad y compromiso.
