The Gainey Agency is seeking a motivated Virtual Life Insurance Agent to conduct consultative sales and manage policy servicing in a 100% remote, commission-based role with flexible hours. This position offers a clear path to develop an independent book of business and advance into agency leadership through recruiting and mentoring other licensed producers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual needs assessments and propose appropriate life insurance solutions.
• Manage the policy lifecycle: prepare and submit applications, coordinate underwriting, process endorsements and policy changes, and assist with claim inquiries.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-up on leads and service requests.
• Provide professional client service via phone, email, and virtual meetings to build retention.
• Work with underwriting, operations, and leadership to resolve client issues and maintain compliance.
• Set and pursue measurable production targets and performance objectives.
• Recruit, train, and mentor other agents to grow the agency.
• Participate in ongoing training, licensing education, and quality assurance activities.

Required qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms, CRM systems, and standard office software.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain applicable life insurance licenses; licensing support provided as needed.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High attention to detail and adherence to regulatory and company compliance requirements.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in life insurance sales, financial services, or other remote client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and building client portfolios.
• Experience recruiting, training, or managing sales professionals.
