We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Automation Systems (BAS) Service Technician to join a growing team supporting multiple facilities across the Tampa area. This is primarily a desk-based role focused on remote diagnostics and service support, with minimal site travel required.

This position offers long-term potential, strong compensation support, and the opportunity to work across multiple major controls platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting of BAS systems

• Respond to hot and cold service calls across multiple sites

• Support service operations in a primarily desk-based environment

• Troubleshoot and service systems across various BAS platforms

• Work closely with field teams and clients to resolve technical issues efficiently

• Maintain documentation and provide technical guidance as needed

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Tridium Niagara (N4 preferred)

• Solid background in BAS service and diagnostics

• Experience working with major controls platforms such as JCI FX (Johnson Controls) , Distech Controls , Trane Controls , or similar

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and DDC controls

• Experience with BACnet, Modbus, and system integrations

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to manage multiple service issues in a fast-paced environment

Niagara certification is a plus. Paid certification opportunity available for the right candidate.
