Sr Administrative Coordinator (Remote Option Available)
The Advertising Supervision department within PCG Supervision is hiring a Senior Administrative Coordinator to conduct ongoing reporting and help facilitate the organization of departmental needs.
This role would support the communications review department in their supervision efforts across the firm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary phone support for the Communications Supervision Department
- Perform various project-oriented tasks to assist with organizational needs.
- Assists financial advisors and their support staff with Advertising submissions
- Answers or triages emails that come from the field to the Advertising Supervision team.
- Manages the Advertising Supervision department calendar, ensuring appropriate coverage is assigned
- Assists the PCG Supervision Regulatory Coordination team with requests for Advertising Records.
- Assists with Departments archiving needs
- Helps facilitate Service Now requests.
- Assists with and conducts new associate Zoom Phone training
- Other projects as assigned
- Basic office practices, procedures and methods.
- Basic mathematical calculations.
- Key internal and/or external contacts to request assistance from or utilize expertise.
- Organizational and time management skills sufficient to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications to produce correspondence, electronic communication and maintain spreadsheets and databases.
- Build solid, effective working relationships with others.
- Coach others in the development of their skills.
- Execute instructions and request clarification when necessary.
- Provide courteous, timely service when addressing customer questions and concerns.

- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of six (6) years' experience in customer service or an office environment.
