Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Highway PD&E Project Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex projects while collaborating with a skilled group of professionals, contributing to the development of innovative infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
Oversee and coordinate detailed phases of assigned projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and deadlines.
Work closely with senior-level Project Managers to manage client expectations and deliver successful outcomes.
Engineering
Serve as the Engineer of Record, providing expertise and oversight where needed.
Make design recommendations and adaptations while performing calculations and analyses to ensure engineering integrity.
Prepare technical reports and correspondence to communicate project progress and findings.
Act as a mentor and technical advisor to junior team members, guiding them through engineering challenges.
Business Development (BD)
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and past clients, promoting repeat business and fostering client satisfaction.
Actively engage in project marketing, including client meetings, preparing proposals, and delivering presentations.
Contribute to social media and other internal communications efforts to showcase company projects and expertise.
Lead business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, preparing Win Plans, and managing pursuit budgets to secure new projects.
Qualifications:
Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly within highway PD&E (Planning, Design, and Environmental).
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.E.).
