Our client is growing and needing a Direct Hire, Construction Related A/P Specialist in Ft Lauderdale.

Onsite, M-F 8-5pm

Job Responsibilities

• Handling accounts payable for separate vendors.
• Maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.
• Ensuring bills and payroll are entered in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges.
• Reconcile vendor statements/aging's to ensure completeness.
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts.
• 100 invoices weekly.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in A/P. Required in Construction, Engineering, Building, or Related.
