Job Summary: Install basic HVAC systems and any other related HVAC components correctly and in a timely manner with an assistant. Working with a high degree of honesty and integrity to promote a positive image. Excel in communication and follow through to properly complete task at hand and most importantly “Deliver Exceptional Customer Service” by establishing a great rapport with the customer.

Job Duties:

• Work safely following company policies
• Install HVAC-related equipment according to the manufacturer’s specifications
• Wire both line and low voltage to heating and cooling equipment
• Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing
• Install flex duct systems in residential and light commercial building
• Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
• Verify and load all equipment and materials needed for each job
• Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job
• Take all readings on a machine and understand the importance of such
• Accurately upload photos of installation to customer’s profile in scheduling software
• Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned company vehicle

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Certification required.
• 2 years of experience installing preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely lift up to 100lbs.
• Able to work overtime, evenings, and weekend hours during busy season, if necessary.
• Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.

Pay Scale:

Pay will be based on experience and performance.
