Property Office Assistant

You can learn a lot, and we are willing to train the right person!
Maycliff RV Park & Mini-Storage is a family owned and operated business for over 40 years. We take pride in the property and want our staff to love where you work. We have 130 RV Spaces and over 800 storage units. We are a busy, fast paced office. Located on east side of town.
Schedule:
· 40 hours/week
· Work days: Tuesday-Saturday (5 days)
· Hours 8:00 am-5:00 pm (unpaid lunch 1 hr)
Responsibilities:
· Answering phones
· Helping customers- move-ins, move-outs, resident concerns, etc.
· Renting storage and RV spaces- lease agreements, handling all paperwork
· Taking payments- Yardi Breeze Software used
· Other Office duties- Drafting Letters, Collections, Bank Deposits, Reconciliations
Must be Qualified:
· Good with Customers
- Previous Bookkeeping experience
· Some experience with accounting software
· Customer Service/Retail experience
· Computer skills- Word and Excel, printing, scanning, copying, etc.
· Good communication skills- written and verbal
· Positive attitude
