Your Role's mission:
As Talent Acquisition & People Partner – US , you will be a key driver of Pelico’s growth in the United States.
You’ll play a foundational role in shaping the employee experience from the ground up , while ensuring full alignment with our global culture and practices.
You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles, support the development of a strong local team culture, and drive initiatives around onboarding, compliance, and workplace experience.
This is a highly cross-functional and strategic role , sitting at the intersection of Talent, Culture, Compliance, and Office Operations . You’ll partner closely with our Paris-based People team, while building trusted relationships across our US teams.
Main Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead the end-to-end hiring process for both technical and non-technical roles (Engineering, Customer Services, etc.).
- Ensure a fair, inclusive, and mission-aligned recruitment strategy that attracts top talent.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and the Paris-based People team to align on hiring needs and timelines.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
- Design and drive initiatives that promote diversity and inclusivity across all levels.
- Help embed DEI principles into recruitment, onboarding, and culture-building practices.
Onboarding & Integration
- Build and deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new hires in the US.
- Ensure smooth cross-team collaboration and cultural alignment with our Paris HQ.
- Facilitate relationship-building across offices to strengthen a global Pelico culture.
Culture & Leadership Development
- Foster a culture of feedback, collaboration, and high performance.
- Help implement programs to identify, grow, and retain internal leadership talent .
Office & People Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the US office , ensuring it remains productive, welcoming, and aligned with Pelico’s values.
- Act as the go-to local People Partner for the US team.
Legal Compliance & HR Administration
- Ensure all People practices in the US are fully compliant with local labor laws (contracts, benefits, employee relations, etc.).
- Stay informed about evolving US legislation and proactively adjust policies or processes as needed

We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and cultural leadership, with the following experience and mindset:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition , including at least 3 years supporting high-growth tech teams or working in fast-paced environments such as consulting firms or scale-ups.
- A proven track record of leading recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles , with a strong grasp of evolving hiring trends and candidate expectations.
- Deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion , ensuring fair, unbiased hiring and equal opportunities across the employee journey.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor law , compliance requirements, and employee relations, with the ability to anticipate and adapt to legal developments in the People space.
- Experience using people analytics to support data-informed decision-making and drive organizational effectiveness.
- A genuine passion for culture-building, with the ability to help shape and sustain a high-performance, cross-office culture across our Paris and US teams — while ensuring smooth office operations and employee experience.
