Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)

Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. This role requires a high level of critical thinking, adaptability, and strong decision-making under pressure. The ideal candidate is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and respond effectively to emergency situations.

As an ER RN, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions from minor injuries to critical emergencies. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care in an efficient, patient-centered setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department
• Monitor patient conditions and perform triage as needed
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions
• Support a culture of safety, teamwork, and excellence

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year recent acute care experience in Emergency Room (ER) required
• Valid RN license in the state of Florida, multistate license, or ability to obtain prior to start
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification required within 90 days of hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (or instructor) required within 90 days of hire
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (or instructor) required within 90 days of hire
