We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Commercial Account Specialist to manage commercial insurance accounts, assist clients with Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, and business insurance policies, and support policy documentation and account management processes. This position plays a key role in maintaining client relationships, preparing policies, coordinating renewals, and ensuring commercial accounts are handled professionally and accurately. The ideal candidate will have experience working with commercial insurance accounts and business policies. Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial client accounts and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist clients with Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, and Business Insurance policies
- follow up on lead
- Prepare and process commercial insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and certificates
- Assist with policy documentation, business policies, and account files
- Communicate with clients regarding policy changes, renewals, and coverage questions
- Work with carriers and brokers to obtain quotes and policy information
- Maintain accurate account records and documentation
- Track renewals, certificates of insurance, and policy updates
- Ensure all documentation is organized and compliant with company procedures
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information
- Support management with commercial account reporting and documentation
- Assist with writing and organizing company and business policies when needed
- Experience with commercial insurance accounts required
- Experience with Workers’ Compensation and General Liability policies preferred
- Experience handling commercial clients or business accounts
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Professional and confidential work ethic
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 4-40 or 2-20 active licenses
- Bonus based on:
