Physical Therapist Full-Time
Lake Placid Health & Rehabilitation Center – Lake Placid, FL

In-House Subacute Rehabilitation
Lake Placid Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for full-time and per diem positions in our in-house subacute rehab program.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat residents following illness, injury, or surgery
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document care and patient progress per facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Florida PT license
- Subacute rehab or skilled nursing experience preferred (new grads welcome)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
