Job Title: Maintenance/Painter (Painting Focus)
Produce Cold Storage Facility
Job Summary:
Seeking a Maintenance Technician with a primary focus on painting to support the upkeep of our produce cold storage facility. This role will handle painting projects while assisting with general maintenance tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior painting throughout the facility
- Prep surfaces (patching, sanding, priming) for painting
- Maintain walls, floors, doors, railings, and equipment areas
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed (basic repairs, upkeep)
- Follow safety procedures, especially in a cold storage environment
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial or industrial painting preferred
- Basic maintenance or handyman experience a plus
- Ability to work in a cold environment
- Ability to use painting tools and equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and safety
Schedule:
- 1st Shift
