We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Marketing & Sales Representative to help expand our network throughout South Florida by building partnerships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing facilities, assisted living communities, memory care facilities, case managers, social workers, and healthcare professionals.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy developing relationships, helping people, and creating referral partnerships that directly impact patient care and company growth.

Position Overview
As a Marketing & Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of TLC Solutions throughout the healthcare community.
Your primary responsibility is developing referral relationships and generating new business opportunities by building trust with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, facility administrators, healthcare providers, and community partners.
You'll spend much of your time in the field meeting with healthcare professionals, visiting facilities, educating referral sources about our services, and strengthening long-term partnerships.
This role combines healthcare marketing, relationship management, business development, and sales in a way that directly impacts patient outcomes and company growth.
What You'll Do
Business Development & Healthcare Marketing
Visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, memory care facilities, and healthcare organizations
Build strong relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, nurses, and facility administrators
Promote TLC Solutions' transportation services throughout your territory
Educate referral partners on service offerings and patient transportation solutions
Generate referral opportunities and new business relationships
Attend networking events and community outreach opportunities
Identify opportunities to expand market presence and referral volume
Relationship Management
Maintain ongoing communication with referral partners
Conduct regular follow-up visits and relationship-building activities
Ensure referral sources receive exceptional service and responsiveness
Address concerns and facilitate communication between facilities and operations teams
Help strengthen long-term referral partnerships
Sales & Growth Activities
Develop and manage your own sales pipeline
Track referral activity and business development efforts
Follow up consistently on opportunities and partnership discussions
Support growth initiatives throughout assigned territories
Contribute to company revenue growth through relationship-based sales efforts
Administrative Responsibilities
Document activities and interactions accurately
Maintain organized records of referral sources and contacts
Submit reports and updates as required
Coordinate with operations and leadership teams
Compensation
Draw vs. Commission Compensation Structure
1099 Independent Contractor position
Weekly pay
Draw against commission structure
Expected minimum earnings of approximately $5,000 per month
Significant upside potential for high performers

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Minimum one year of sales, healthcare marketing, business development, or relationship-based sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Ability to manage a territory and build referral partnerships
Comfortable working both in the field and independently
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
