Your Mission:

Leadership & Team Dynamics:

• Provide hands-on leadership, infused with strategic planning and ideation, to guide a talented team comprising a digital marketer and a multifaceted long-term contributor.
• Engage actively in hiring and team-building activities, expanding our marketing unit in alignment with your visionary direction.

Vendor and Sales Team Engagement:

• Develop a deep understanding of our voice automation solutions and the benefits they offer to customers.
• Facilitate regular meetings with the sales team to leverage customer relationships and gather insights into market demands.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Elevate customer recruitment and engagement metrics, specifically targeting Healthcare, Legal, and other Professional vertical markets.
• Enhance website rankings and user metrics across our platforms: Dictation.cloud, eDist.com, and thedragonpeople.com.
• Initiate and oversee ROI-driven goals to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

• Optimize drip campaigns for more effective and rapid audience engagement.
• Maintain an internal knowledge base to upgrade team understanding of our products, technology, and advanced sales techniques.

Problem-Solving:

• Challenge and disrupt outdated practices by implementing agile, high-ROI digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a record of accomplishment in team leadership. Demonstrable acumen in planning, leading by example, and hands-on execution.
