Human Resources Manager with Hospitality experience

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR support. The role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, training and development, performance management, diversity, HRIS upkeeping, benefits, and compliance management. This role will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will work closely with the Controller and Director of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions- Implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems (SAP, Workday, UltiPro, Oracle, Kronos)- Collaborate with management to develop and manage HR budgets
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- SHRM
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems (SAP, Workday, UltiPro, Oracle, Kronos)
- Strong understanding of change management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bilingual English and Spanish
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
