Position

Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior AI/ML Engineer with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, a strong background in Python programming, and a passion for developing cutting‑edge AI solutions. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and contribute to our overall AI strategy.

Education & Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor or equivalent degree from a reputed educational institute, preferably in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.
• Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

• Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven portfolio of relevant projects.

• Develop and implement machine learning models using Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit‑learn tailored to business needs.
• Continuously improve and optimize machine learning algorithms to enhance accuracy and performance of predictive models.
• Manipulate and analyze data with Pandas and NumPy to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets; ensure data integrity and quality throughout the pipeline.
• Apply machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and preprocessing techniques to analyze complex data sets and perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Deploy models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and manage resources efficiently, using Docker to create scalable and reproducible environments.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms utilizing Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit‑learn.
• Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns that drive decision‑making.
• Implement and validate machine learning algorithms and statistical methods, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices in software engineering.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate ML solutions into products and systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and techniques, contributing to research and innovation within the team.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge‑sharing environment.
• Manage the deployment and monitoring of ML models in production environments, ensuring high performance and reliability.
