The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing large volumes of information, maintaining databases, and producing reports that are vital to our business success.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and manage large volumes of data related to construction projects, including budgets, schedules, materials, and labour records.
• Perform regular database maintenance, data cleansing, and verification to ensure the highest level of accuracy and integrity across all systems.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for project managers and senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyse data to identify and correct discrepancies, resolving any inconsistencies by liaising with relevant departments.
• Collaborate effectively with project teams to gather and synthesise project information in a timely manner.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain the strict confidentiality of all company, client, and project information.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a demanding data entry or data management role, with a track record of handling complex datasets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to accuracy.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas).
• Familiarity with database management systems or ERP software is essential; experience within the construction industry is highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
