We are seeking a full-time Paralegal who is smart, personable, emotionally intelligent, and committed to excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support attorneys who are invested in your growth
• Draft letters, pleadings, and legal documents
• Manage spreadsheets and case-related data
• Track deadlines, tasks, and maintain organized calendars
• Schedule hearings, mediations, meetings, and calls
• Meet with clients with empathy and professionalism
• Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and vendors
• Maintain organized digital and physical files
• Perform other duties as assigned

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Family law experience a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with Clio is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Comfortable with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Able to track deadlines and follow through consistently
• Strong customer-service mindset

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

A Customized Approach to Business, Divorce, Accidents & Estates

We try to find solutions for our clients, no matter the type of case- even if that means sending our client to another attorney for help. Although we try to help clients with any legal issue, the common cases that we handle are:

• Divorce cases (usually from middle class divorce to high net worth divorce),
• Business law,
• Estate planning,
• Car accident and personal injury,
• Foreclosure defense / debt defense.

We find that most people will deal with these issues, directly or indirectly, during their life. We have also found that these issues often overlap, for example, in a divorce where one spouse owns a business.
