Private Pickleball Coach (Naples, FL) | $35-$55/hr
The role
Were looking for a motivated, professional pickleball coach in Naples, Florida to run private lessons and small-group sessions for adults, seniors, and juniors. Lessons take place at local courts and client-preferred locations around Naples.

What you'll do

Coach 1-on-1 and small-group pickleball lessons for mixed ages and levels

Provide individualized feedback on technique, movement, and strategy

Create simple lesson plans for each students goals

Communicate with clients about lesson logistics (location and session details)

Show up on time, prepared, and ready to lead the session
What were looking for

1+ year coaching experience (pickleball or tennis coaching welcome)
-
Strong pickleball fundamentals and the ability to teach them clearly
-
Punctual, professional, and comfortable working independently
-
Great communication and a calm, confident presence on court

Reliable transportation for local travel in Naples
Nice to have (not required)

CPR certification or other coaching credentials

DUPR rating or tournament experience
Pay

$35–$55 per hour , depending on experience and coaching ability
