Full Charge Bookkeeper
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts and business transactions.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Generate financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Manage petty cash and expense reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Bank Reconciliations (3 years of experience is required)
- General Ledger (5 years of experience is required)
- Financial Statements (3 years of experience is required)
- Accounts Payable (5 years of experience is required)
- Accounts Receivable (5 years of experience is required)
- Account Reconciliation (5 years of experience is required)
- Journal Entries (3 years of experience is required)
