Accounts Receivable Specialist

Randstad is seeking Accounts Receivable Professionals for specific direct hire, permanent roles with our client base in the Fort Lauderdale are. We are seeking candidates with 2+ years of experience handling AR posting and b2b collections.

Candidates must have familiarity with an ERP system and be proficient using Excel. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite.

These are permanent, direct hire opportunities offering a base salary between $50k-$60k. Specifics regarding benefits, culture and schedule will be discussed individually with interested candidates.

Responsibilities

• Payment Application: Process incoming payments (ACH, wire, check) and accurately applying them to outstanding customer accounts.
• Aging Report: Monitor the Accounts Receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue balances.
• Dispute Resolution: Research and resolve billing discrepancies by collaborating with sales teams and communicating directly with customers.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations of the A/R sub-ledger to the general ledger to ensure accuracy.
• Collections: Maintain a professional approach to collections activities with b2b customers.
