Sr. Finance Director - Remote

In this impactful role, you will serve as the Strategic Financial Business Partner for key areas within the organization, such as the Wealth Segment. You'll collaborate closely with leadership to drive strategic planning and execution, ensuring that financial rigor is applied consistently across operations. Your expertise will not only guide financial management but will also shape the future of our partner company’s offerings in a dynamic and mutually beneficial partnership. Accountabilities

• Serve as a key member of the assigned area Leadership Team, actively participating in strategic and tactical planning.
• Provide financial and strategic support for product development, Mergers and Acquisitions, and transformational efforts.
• Collaborate with other Finance functions to ensure effective decision making.
• Lead cross-functional team meetings to facilitate communication and manage expectations.
• Build and mentor staff to support corporate goals and strategies.
• Identify and direct the development of business and financial models and reports.
• Facilitate the business management process, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Design programs to promote financial literacy within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial Discipline, with a Master’s preferred.
• Professional designations such as CPA, CMA, or similar are highly desirable.
• 4-5 years of experience leading teams and providing strategic direction.
• 12+ years of experience in financial management within the financial services industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated leadership.
• Experience in influencing business decisions and providing executive consultation.
