Creative Director
Overview:
Presh Marketing Solutions is looking for a Creative Director to lead our creative department. This role involves guiding the creative direction for client accounts, managing our creative team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital design solutions. The Creative Director is pivotal in driving creativity and innovation for managed marketing clients, working closely with each team member and contractors for specialty projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically lead and articulate the creative vision and strategy for major client accounts.
- Directly manage, mentor, and expand a diverse team of creative professionals, aligning their talents with client objectives.
- Oversee all creative outputs, ensuring exceptional quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Foster a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of creative strategies across all marketing channels.
- Stay at the forefront of digital design and marketing trends, proactively integrating cutting-edge ideas and technologies into client strategies.
- Utilize and champion advanced design and marketing tools, driving efficiency and enhanced creativity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, setting clear metrics for success and identifying opportunities for team and project improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a digital marketing agency or in-house marketing team.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating excellence in digital design, with a strong emphasis on web design and multimedia content.
- Advanced proficiency in design software and technologies, notably Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing and inspiring creative teams.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing dynamics, preferably with experience in the IT sector.
