A growing distribution and corporate leader in the North Boca Raton Park of Commerce corridor is seeking a sharp, process-driven Operations Manager. This role oversees day-to-day business administration, workflow optimization, and cross-departmental coordination to support company expansion.

salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and operational workflows across facilities, office management, and customer service teams.

• Monitor key operational KPIs, streamline standard operating procedures (SOPs), and drive process improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and sales leadership to ensure seamless vendor management and project execution.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement software/automation solutions to increase team productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.

• 4+ years of business operations or corporate office management experience (Distribution, Consumer Goods, or Industrial sector experience a plus).

• strong analytical, problem-solving, and ERP/CRM platform experience.
