In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, representing our company with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills. The Office Receptionist plays a critical role in the daily operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are conducted smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive at the office in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff and clients as needed.
• Maintain and organize the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in the management of office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) is required.
