What You’ll Do:

• 
  Engage and Assist: Conduct windshield inspections, assist customers with setting up glass claims, and manage promotions or concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm.


• 
  Promote and Educate: Showcase services that meet customers’ needs while maintaining honesty and transparency in every interaction.


• 
  Stay Informed: Participate in client meetings and webinars to stay on top of product knowledge, customer acquisition techniques, and sales initiatives.


• 
  Contribute Ideas: Share feedback on improving processes and enhancing customer retention strategies.


• 
  Maintain Records: Collect and secure customer information like emails, phone numbers, and addresses with confidentiality and care.


• 
  Close Deals: Be prepared to answer questions, address objections, and confidently close sales when necessary.

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person!
