Job Opportunity: Ob/Gyn Physician in Thriving Private Practice

Join our established private practice, which has been serving the community for over 23 years, alongside three board-certified Ob/Gyns and a Board-Certified Nurse Midwife. We are excited to welcome a new physician as we aim to expand our team to five providers in the coming years.

Practice Highlights:

• Work Schedule: Enjoy a balanced 4.5-day workweek, with office hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and Fridays until 12 PM.
• Case Mix: Our practice consists of 60% obstetrics and 40% gynecology, with each physician averaging 10-12 deliveries and 2-3 major surgeries per month.
• Call Schedule: Share call responsibilities every fourth day and weekends, with some midwife backup.
• Facilities: Operate from two fully equipped offices, with deliveries conducted at a hospital featuring a Level III nursery.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: First-year salary starts at $250,000 - $300,000, with a production incentive. Second-year salary based on individual performance.
